In this section you will be able to find answers to the possible questions that could be asked by representatives of the companies participating in the Rating. Please read the information below carefully - it will clarify many aspects of the work for you and help to avoid mutual time losses during working with our database.

1. Why should I register on your web-site?
If your are a representative of the company participaiting in the Rating (or just planning to do so), then registration on our web-site will allow you to gain access to full control over the information about your company.
To become registered you should follow the New user registration link, which you can find in the right area of the screen on the authorization form. According to our estimate the registration will takes no more than 2 minutes of your time.
It is very important to specify the most precise and descriptive personal information wherever possible as it will be used to verify your rights to modify companies in the Rating later on.
2. I've registered - what's next?
After the registration is over you are instantly allowed to log in into the system (become authorized) to work with it. This means entering your Login and Password in the authorization form in the right corner of the screen.
As long as you log in you get access to new features - you will see your personal menu instead of the authorization form.
3. Our company is already in the Rating - how can we get access to edit it?
If your company already takes part in the Rating and you want to change information about it (update it, correct errors, etc.) you can go two ways: send the desired changes via e-mail or edit the information yourself.
In the first case send your letter to info@alt.com.ua (it is recommended to send from corporate e-mail) specifying the changes in free format. Please also specify your position, first and last name, contact phone and, if possible, other potentially helpful information for us - we will check if you are the authorized person in your company to send us this kind of information.
In the second case you should log on the web-site (see points 1 and 2 above). Then choose Request for editing existing company from your personal menu - you will be re-directed to the page requesting EGRPOU of your company. Enter it and press Submit.
Sending this request makes us sure that you are a representative of the company with given EGRPOU and would like to gain access to edit the information about this company, annual reports, etc..
After checking your rights (and we definitely will check them by any means, for example, by calling this company) you gain full access to the information about this company in our database.
4. I have gained access to my company - how can I change information or add annual reports?
There is a link Your companies in your personal menu. Clicking it will reveal the list of your companies (it can be more than one) and respective annual periods which exist in our database.
Clicking Edit you can modify the information you want.
To add annual report you should choose Add annual report for missing period. According to our experience it takes no more than 15 minutes to add annual report for one period.
5. My company is not in the Rating yet - how can I add information about it and annual reports?
As for the company existing in the Rating (see point 3) you can go two ways: send the information via e-mail (described in point 3 above) or add the information yourself.
When adding information yourself you should go through the authorization on our web-site (see points 1 and 2 above).
Then choose Add new company from your personal menu, fill the given format in and submit it. You automatically gain access to this company, so further work with it is similar to point 4 above.
6. What does * mean alongside of my company or annual report?
We make a lot of efforts to minimize errors in the Rating (both in the reports and general nformation). That's why any modification of the information in the Rating requires administrator's validation.
Sign * means that changes provided are pending validation and will be displayed on the web-site soon. According to our estimate validation may take from 1 hour (in the case of minor changes and absence of inconsistencies) to a couple of days (in case of severe errors or suspicious reports).
You can still change the information while it's marked with * - administrator will just receive additional notification.
7. Why don't we see validated information on the web-site?
First of all please read the point 6 above - it is possible that your information is being validated by the administrator.
The Rating update takes place regularly (but not more often than several times a day). Don't worry, your data will definitely appear on the web-site in result of the next update - we are also very interested in it.
