Igor is a founder and managing partner at Alt since 1998. He is a graduate of National Economic University in Kiev and a member of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) since 2000. He is also a certified auditor of Ukraine.
On his job record Igor has an audit experience in “big 4” and CFO position in some worldwide known multinational companies.
As a public practitioner with more than 10 years of experience Igor mainly concentrates on the issues of strategic consulting and corporate finance.
Igor speaks fluently English, Ukrainian, Russian, and is actively studying German.

Alexander specializes in corporate taxation, investment planning and international tax structuring for both multinational corporations and large/medium Ukrainian clients. Íåhas more than 15 years of professional experiences in tax and legal service line. Alexander joined Alt as a partner in 2011, previously he worked for Big Four tax and legal practices in Ukraine and Russia.
His industry experience includes agriculture, oil and gas, energy and utilities sector, commercial manufacturing sector, FMCG, financial services, telecommunications and mass media, transportation, retail, real estate etc.
Alexander received Executive MBA degree from ENPC School of International management and University of Bristol, MA (International Economic Relationships) from Kiev Institute for International Relations of National Taras Shevchenko University.

Anthony is a qualified International Accountant currently based in Kiev who has spent the majority of his working life in Banking and the Finance Sector. Whilst working in London he assisted in the opening of a number of banks, including Security Pacific (Now Bank of America), Bank of Liechtenstein, Die Erste bank and British and Commonwealth.
Anthony also worked as a consultant to Nomuras treasury section also working on the design of its new Banking system. He then spent time with Bankers Trust (Now Deutsche Bank) as the European account director and ICL/Fujitsu as banking and finance consultant having his first exposure to the eastern European banking markets. He was engaged by Vneshtorgbank to train and educate certain areas of the bank in international finance and banking.
Since moving to Kiev Anthony has acted as country manager for a banking consultancy company and also worked with a Ukrainian bank on the centralization of their systems.
Anthony has joint Alt in 2011 as a partner and is currently engaged in strategic planning, corporate and project finance emphasizing financial planning and financial awareness.

Dmitriy joined Alt as a partner in 2008. He is a graduate of National Economic University in Kiev where he gained two professional qualifications: finance manager and corporate law expert. Dmitriy is a certified auditor of Ukraine. He also successfully passed the financial reporting module exam of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants) in 2006.
Before joining Alt, Dmitriy worked as a chief accountant in well-known Ukrainian companies and as a managing director of one of the leading local audit firms.
Dmitriy’s key field of expertise is Ukrainian tax legislation and audit of the statutory tax returns. He speaks fluently Ukrainian, Russian and is actively studying English.

Lidiya is a graduate of Polytechnic Institute and National Economic University in Kiev. Lidiya possesses a qualification of certified international professional accountant (CAP) and successfully completed the course of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) of International Management Institute in Kiev. She is also a certified auditor of Ukraine.
On her career record Lidiya has a position of chief accountant in leading international companies in Ukraine.

Vitalii takes a position of senior auditor in Alt since 2006. He is a graduate of National Economic University in Kiev and a student of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants). He is also a certified auditor of Ukraine.
Before Alt, Vitalii worked as an auditor in a well-known local audit firm. He is great expert of Excel and a range of accounting databases. His areas of responsibility are financial reporting audits, re-statements of local reporting to IFRS, internal audits and transactions support.
He speaks fluently Ukrainian, Russian and English.

Oksana is a graduate of Ivan Franko National University in Lviv and a student of ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants).
She has a work experience in one of the “big 4” firms in Ukraine and specializes in IFRS financial reporting, accounting and internal control.
Oksana speaks fluently Ukrainian, Russian, English and has some knowledge of Serbian, Croatian, Polish and German.

Dmitry is a graduate of Taras Shevchenko National University in Kiev and joined Alt in 2007 as programmer and IT expert. On his job record he has an experience of IT specialist in leading international companies in Ukraine.
Dmitry is a technical author of Alt’s corporate website and one of its most complicated parts – The National Rating of Ukrainian Enterprises. He manages to realize all our creative ideas in the way you see them on your screen.
