Upon submission of the President of Ukraine, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine has recognized as non-constitutional a regulation on paying an unemployment aid starting from the 91st day after a person has been dismissed under mutual agreement of the employer and the employee.
Thus, citizens of Ukraine dismissed from their last place of work upon mutual agreement of the employer and the employee, have reassumed a right to receive an unemployment aid starting from the 8th days after they have been registered with the state employment service as appropriate.
The Decision became effective on the day of its adoption.
