Pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1123 of December 27, 2008 that approves the lists of goods export and import of which is subject to licensing and the size of quotas in 2009, the Ministry of Economy has approved the following:
Regulation on the Procedure for Licensing of the Export of Goods in 2009;
form of a license for export of goods and the Instruction on the completion of this form;
form of an application for a license for export of goods and the Instruction on the completion of this form;
The Ministry of Economy has delegated the right to issue the license for the export of products to the regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations and the authorized body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (upon their consent) where the declared price of products under agreements (contracts) does not exceed 300,000 US dollars.
