Pursuant to Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 1411 of December 29, 2007 that approves lists of goods export and import of which is subject to licensing and size of quotas in 2008, the Ministry of Economy has approved the following:
Regulation on the Procedure for Licensing of the Export of Goods in 2008;
form of the License for export of goods and the Instruction on the completion of this form;
form of the application for the license for export of goods and the Instruction on the completion of this form;
Instruction on the completion of the license form for the export to the USA of some products made of cut carbon flat rolled in 2008;
Instruction on the completion of the license form for export of some types of metal products to the European Union country members in 2008.
The Ministry of Economy delegated the right to issue the license for the export of products to the regional, Kyiv and Sevastopol city state administrations and the authorized body of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea (upon their consent) in case that the declared price of products under agreements (contracts) does not exceed 300.000 US dollars.
