The State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine has introduced amendments to the Procedure of Filing Reports by Financial Companies and Legal Entities which are not financial institutions according to their status, but still entitled to provide certain kinds of financial services in accordance with the laws and other normative and legal acts.
The amendments clearly define the scope of entities to which the rules of completing and filing the reports previously approved shall apply:
financial companies, information on which is entered into the State Registrar of Financial Institutions;
the trusts and legal entities that are not financial institutions according to their legal status but still entitled to provide services of finance lease in accordance with the laws and normative and legal acts of the State Commission for Regulation of Financial Services Markets of Ukraine.
