According to Law of Ukraine No. 3125-XII of April 22, 1993 "On Auditing" (as restated by Law No. 140-V of September 14, 2006), and towards organizing supervision over the quality of auditing services, the Audit Chamber of Ukraine resolved to approve the Procedure of examination of complaints filed with the Audit Chamber of Ukraine.
ACU, in this Procedure, has established that ACU’s Committee for Supervision over Auditing should examine complaints filed with ACU in accordance with this Procedure and other regulatory documents approved by ACU.
