According to Law of Ukraine No. 3125-XII of April 22, 1993 "On Auditing" (as restated by Law No. 140-V of September 14, 2006) and the Articles of ACU, the Audit Chamber of Ukraine resolved to approve the ACU’s Regulations.
Pursuant to item 7.8. of the Regulations, ACU’s decisions take effect from the date of their promulgation, if a decision does not specify a later effective date.
The Regulations establish:
Procedure of preparing and holding ACU’s meetings, preparing materials for consideration at the ACU’s meeting, and ACU’s decision-making procedure;
